Before you proceed

If you have been using the app and find it helpful for managing your business I would be super appreciative if you took a couple of minutes to go and review the app on the Apple/Google Play store as this will help other dog care professionals find the app.

Some cosmetic changes

The first thing you will notice with the latest update is a slight overhaul to the colouring, buttons and layout of the calendar. The app felt a bit flat, square and purple so I wanted to make cta’s stand out a bit better as well as giving more visual feedback with the calendar. Hopefully you find these changes helpful on the eyes.

Addition of new profile page and new section ‘Admin’

On the ‘Home’ tab you will now see a new cta ‘My Profile’ which is where you will now access all the information about your account and personal information. The current account tab was a bit of a mish mash so separating out the auth stuff like updating password etc will make the new Admin section much cleaner.

New Tab – Admin

The admin section will still have the earnings tab but now sees an additional feature for storing pdf documents. You will be able to upload documents and send them straight to clients you have added on the app. Hopefully you will find this super handy to use. I have also handed a little nifty feature to the documents where you can assign dogs to a document which will then flag on boarding events just as a point of reference.

Copy Week – additional feature

The copy week now includes daycare events as well as walks and custom events with the option to now remove certain events making it that little bit more flexible for you.

Whats next?

Honestly a break is whats next. I’ve been going gung ho with this app and alongside running my walking business I’m starting to feel the effects. I’ll be letting the app sit for the next couple of months while I work on some other stuff but hopefully now the app is at a point where you find it useful in running your business.
